Returns & Exchanges
Third Man Records accepts returns on most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited edition vinyl and opened media are generally considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.
Await Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our fulfillment center.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send the package back using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
