When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package leaves our Nashville or Detroit warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our vinyl, merchandise, and gear worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred upon delivery.

What is your return policy for vinyl records?

We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Due to the collectible nature of our limited editions, we cannot accept returns for minor cosmetic sleeve wear or 'change of mind' once the seal is broken.

What should I do if my record arrives warped or damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the disc so we can arrange a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
